Custom Steam Head Version 1

Custom-sized to your exact diameter, outside of our four stock sizes. Designed for containers from 1/2″ to well over 3″ in diameter. We will custom-design a steam head around your specific packaging (we’ll need samples of your container for testing). Turnaround time is approximately 10–14 business days once we have received your sample container.

SST Steam Heads are designed to work interchangeably with our shrink sleeve machine, allowing users to quickly switch between container sizes. The steam head acts as a compact steam tunnel that fully shrinks sleeves onto containers as they pass through. This is a major upgrade from slow conveyor-belt-style “portable” shrink sleeve tunnels and heat guns.
