Introducing CoolJarz's SST SE Beverage Shrink Sleeve Machine paired with our new Steam Head V2 model made specifically for canned drinks. This attachment allows production lines to seamlessly apply shrink sleeve labels to regulated consumer products quicker than ever before. The steam head tunnel encases the pre-affixed label and can in steam allowing for an evenly distributed lower heat that shrinks the label with less wrinkles than it would using a heat gun or convection tunnel.
Like the standard V2, it features a servo-actuated stopper to hold each can in place for that extra second needed to achieve a flawless shrink. Plus, the built-in “ready-to-go” indicator light makes it easy for operators to know exactly when the can is finished and ready to drop—improving efficiency and consistency on every run.
We offer two steam heads tailored to common beverage can sizes including the slim 12 oz and standard 12 oz.
