Custom-sized to your exact diameter outside of our 9 stock sizes. The possibilities are endless. Nearly any size from 1/2" to well over 3" inside diameter. We will custom-design a steam head around your specific container (we’ll need samples of your container for testing). Turnaround time is approximately 10–14 business days once we have received your sample container.
SST Steam Heads are designed to work interchangeably with our shrink sleeve machine, allowing users to quickly switch between container sizes. The steam head acts as a compact steam tunnel that fully shrinks sleeves onto containers as they pass through. This is a major upgrade from slow conveyor-belt-style “portable” shrink sleeve tunnels and heat guns.
