The SST SE is a compact, portable alternative to traditional room-sized steam tunnels. Designed with a single standard steam head, it’s optimized for use with both our classic 0.688" and new 0.750" EcoLite pre-roll tubes.
Occupying just 4 square feet (including 2 square feet of table space), the SST SE delivers performance comparable to large-scale automatic sleeving systems—without the bulk. Simply drop your container into the tunnel for a fast, one-second application.
Compatible with shrink bands, partial, and full-body labels, the SST SE requires no recalibration. Just power it on and start sleeving.
Shrink sleeve labels offer full 360° coverage, providing more space for professional branding compared to traditional labels. Each sleeve also includes a tamper-evident perforated seal for added product security.
The CoolJarz™ SST SE uses steam—not heat guns or glue—to apply PET, PVC, and OPS labels efficiently and without damage. Steam is the industry-preferred method for its low heat, wrinkle reduction, and consistent results.
Unlike adhesive labels that can peel or leave sticky residue, shrink sleeve labels remove cleanly, making containers easier to reuse or recycle.
Our SE shrink sleeve machine is our most affordable sleever yet and we made it specifically for our new line of pre-made strain shrink sleeve labels. We want applying shrink sleeve labels to be even easier than traditional sticker labels and most times that starts with the price. With this machine, all you need are your pre-roll tubes and strain sleeves, (which already go together) and you're ready to go. We've tested this machine with our shrink sleeve labels time and time again to ensure a smooth labeling process.
This new version of our shrink sleeve applicator was created to go perfectly with our new series of pre-made pre-roll tubes and shrink sleeve label package deal. This includes our new 116mmprw, 98mmprw, 90mmprw, and 78mmprw. The default steam head of this model is made to fit any one of these new wide pre-roll tubes as well as any of our classic .688" diameter tubes as well. This applicator makes sleeving your new shrink sleeve labels quick and easy all at an affordable price.

This all-new steam head quickly applies tamper-evident shrink bands to pre-roll tubes, transforming your SST or SST SE machine into a shrink band applicator. Faster and safer than a heat gun, it seals bands in just 1–2 seconds. Designed to fit tubes with diameters from 0.688" to 0.750", it also recycles excess moisture back into the reservoir, reducing the need for refills.
