SST Shrink Sleeve Machine Steam-Head Cleaning Kit
Easily remove grime and/or calcium build-up on your SST steam head with our CoolJarz™ ReFresh Kit. Follow the simple instructions on the container to keep your steam head clean and sanitary for your packaging. The kit comes with enough powder for three uses. Additional tubes of ReFresh Powder can be purchased separately.

One Convenient Cleaning Kit
The Refresh cleaning kit makes removing any build-up in your SST steam head as simple as possible. The kit is designed to reduce any friction in maintaining your SST system. Taking care of your equipment is as easy as submerging your steam head within the basin for a few minutes.
Shrink Sleeve Label Applicator
Shrink sleeve labels are able to cover more real estate on your product’s containers for professional branding versus traditional labels. They also have a built-in tamper-evident perforated seal. Other shrink sleeve labeling equipment requires constant repairs and recalibration. The CoolJarz™ SST uses steam heat to shrink and seal PET, PVC, and OPS labels with ease. Steam is the preferred method of shrinking product labels because its low heat is able to apply a shrink sleeve label without damaging the product within. Another benefit is a massive reduction in wrinkles and bubbles you often get with heat guns. Traditional glued labels can peel off, damage easily, and leave a sticky residue on the tube. Shrink sleeve labels come off clean, allowing the tube to be re-used or recycled.
Our New Upgraded Steam Head Ver. 2
We’ve upgraded our standard steam head to work with heavier, glass, and more contoured packaging. This new steam head contains a servo-actuated stopper that will catch your sleeved containers halfway through to give them an extra blast of heat. This extra time allows heavier containers such as glass tinctures, bottles, jars, and cans to be fully sleeved with minimal to no bubbles or wrinkles. It also allows larger and more complex sleeves and containers to fully sleeve within a second’s time. You will now be able to combine multiple products into one sleeve as seen in duo-packs and multi-packs, and shrink deep grooves and curves much easier. The motorized system even has “ready-to-go” lights indicating when to catch and insert your next container.
Batch Information Printers for Pre Roll Tubes
These thermal printers print variable compliance text directly onto our shrink sleeves, for customers who need to change batch information on each round of sellable products. They can also be used to print QR codes, compliance text, special offers, ingredients, testing results, and more. They use a thermal transfer ribbon instead of print cartridges, are compatible with most Windows computers, and take five minutes to set up with downloadable software. The built-in cutter attachment can cut 900 sleeves per hour. The wide model can print compliance text on labels that fit our 60 dram, 30 dram, and 19-dram containers. It can also print anything smaller. The regular model can print on labels for our pre-roll tubes including the 78mm, 98mm, 116mm and our wide pre-roll tubes: 114N, 114W and 126N.
