Description
This all new steam head is specifically designed to attach to our CoolJarz™ SST shrink sleeve machines. The shrink band steam head attaches with one screw and turns our shrink sleeve machines into shrink band machines. This makes quick work for any size pre roll tube from .688" to .750" in width. Loosely fit your shrink band on your pre roll tube and put the pre roll tube into the steam cavity. Only 1-2 seconds is needed for the perfectly sealed shrink band every time. They are also engineered to capture and funnel excess moisture back into the water reservoir to eliminate most of the condensation from dripping out of the head. We spent an incredibly long time designing and testing these heads and we are so proud of how they came out. Fits Pre Roll Tubes from .688" to .750" in diameter. About the CoolJarz™ SST Shrink Sleeve Labeling Machine
The CoolJarz™ SST is a portable take on the room-sized steam tunnels often used with shrink sleeves. The SST takes up only 4 square feet of space to operate. We refer to this as a shrink sleeve labeling machine because we think this machine can replace the need for traditional labels in our industry. Traditional glued labels can peel off and can be easily damaged. The glue leaves residue on the tube. Often an extra shrink band is needed over your label if your state requires tamper-evident packaging. Labeling machines constantly break and need to be recalibrated. Shrink sleeve labels are the future. They are not glued to the tube so customers can remove the entire sleeve and leave a clean tube. This blank tube could then be re-used or recycled easier. Shrink sleeve labels wrap around the entire tube and have a built-in tamper evident perforation. It only takes a one-second drop down the SST steam chute to shrink the sleeve to your tube. There is no recalibrating the SST, just turn it on and start dropping tubes down the chute. You have to see it to believe it.
