This batch information printer works alongside the SST shrink sleeve labeling machine to print compliance text directly onto our shrink sleeves. This is for customers who need to change batch information for each new round of products being sold. This thermal printer can also be used to print QR codes, compliance text, special offers, ingredients, testing results, and whatever else you need to display to your customers. This printer uses a thermal transfer ribbon so there are no print cartridges. It is compatible with most Windows computers. It only takes five minutes to setup with easily downloadable software. The printer has a cutter attached capable of cutting 900 sleeves per hour.
About the CoolJarz™ SST Shrink Sleeve Labeling Machine
The CoolJarz™ SST is a portable take on the room-sized steam tunnels often used with shrink sleeves. The compact SST Shrink Sleeve Machine takes up only 4 square feet of space to operate and the machine itself only takes up about 2 square feet of table space. The SST shrink sleeve machine has speeds comparable to automatic industrial sleeving machines without the clutter. Start sleeving containers in a single one-second drop down the SST steam chute. This machine works with shrink sleeve bands, partial, and full-body labels. There is no recalibrating the SST shrink wrap machine, just turn it on and start dropping tubes down the steam head.
